Recently, EMAG acquired CNC-Technik Weiss GmbH, headquartered in Neckartailfingen. Dr. Guido Hegener, General Manager of EMAG Machinery Manufacturing Company based in Salah, said that the round grinding process is located at the end of the process chain. And most of the production value of the process chain has been transferred to the workpiece before the round grinding process. This is why it is crucial for us to provide the best solutions for our customers in this area. The expertise and machine tool equipment provided by this Neckartailfingen-based company greatly expanded our solution product range, which also allowed us to provide customers with more attractive quotations.

Bernd Weiss, the company’s original general manager and will continue to serve as the general manager of the new company, explained that he was very happy to find a partner like EMAG Group who can work with me to realize the company's vision. Due to the strong growth of the Neckartelfingen plant, we have now reached the capacity limit. As part of the EMAG Group, our products will receive new opportunities. Now we can benefit from the extensive knowledge and support provided by the entire group, which will speed up the development of our machine tools. In addition to enjoying the consistent high quality of Weiss, our customers can now also benefit from the huge service network of the EMAG Group – this was a win-win for all parties involved, Bernd Weiss added.
