The 2025 Love and Education Assistance Activitiy was held by Jinsheng Group on August 28th, distributing scholarships to 105 children of employees who successfully passed the college entrance examination. More than 60 representatives of employees and their children from various companies, and chairpersons of various labor committees gathered together to witness the warm moment.

PAN Jianfang, Deputy Secretary of the Jinsheng Party Committee and Chairman of the Jinsheng Trade Union passionately interprets Jinsheng's corporate culture in his speech: “Jinsheng’s Love Action was founded when the company was born, and for more than 20 years, it has always been guided by ‘dedication, friendship, and mutual assistance’, engraving ‘caring for employees and uniting people's hearts’ into the bloodline of the enterprise. This ‘love’ is not a slogan, but an action integrated into daily life. Through educational activities, it cultivates a cultural foundation and injects a continuous stream of power into building a harmonious enterprise and consolidating development forces.”

A recipient student shared emotionally: "The Jinsheng Scholarship is not only material help, but also spiritual encouragement, illuminating our path of learning. We promise to keep this love hidden in our heart and turn it into action. We will study hard and improve skills in university and be determined to use practical actions to give back to our hometown, society, and country in the future.

The employee representative candidly stated: "The company cares about our children and gives us a greater sense of belonging and happiness! In the future, we will devote ourselves to work with greater enthusiasm and contribute to the development of Jinsheng Group.”
